We specialize in fast-loading, easy to use web sites. We can take care of the graphic design and the web design or work with a graphic designer.

Our specialities include:

Findability: both making sure users can find things on your site and that the search engines will find you and rank you correctly.
Usability: making sure your web site doesn’t get in the way of people using it.
Scalability: coding the site so that it doesn’t have to be completely redone when you make updates or changes

We also use Web Standards, which helps with search engine optimization and accessibility. If you’d like to maintain your own site, we can set it up with templates and teach you how to use Macromedia Contribute to make changes to your pages yourself.

Site Redesign

We can completely redesign your site (if it’s really a mess) or gradually improve the site, page by page. Either way, better organization and usability will result in happier visitors.

Site Maintenance

We can make those minor changes and updates every site needs. We enjoy the challenge of figuring out how existing sites work and we turnaround most changes in 24 hours.

Other Coding

We also know PHP, ASP and MySQL for dynamic sites. Even a small site can benefit from PHP, since it makes it much easier to maintain and make changes.

HTML email gets your message out to your clients. We can create HTML email and help you send it out.

Microsoft Word Layouts of letterheads or ads let your clients get more out of your designs. They can use your designs with minor changes and print them out on their own printers.

Rates

We realize that you don’t have tens of thousands of dollars to spend on a web site (and never thought it should cost tens of thousands of dollars to make a good site anyway). We can work within your budget to create a suitable site. It may not have all the latest bells and whistles, but it will be professional, clean and fast loading.

We charge a flat rate for a site (depends on the size and complexity of the site, but we can do most sites for between $100 and $150 a page) and an hourly rate for maintenance and gradual redesign ($75 an hour).

Computer Support

We can be your very own IT department (at a fraction of the cost). We troubleshoot, update, maintain, setup, upgrade, and backup our clients’ systems, servers, and networks. We also have experience training users and creating and maintaining databases.

Troubleshoot & Update

Did you get the newest update of your software that fixes that annoying bug? Does your computer run really slowly? We can update all your software with the latest bug fixes and troubleshoot any issues you’re having. Your computer should work the way you want it to, not the way it just does.

Having an emergency? We offer free phone support.

Maintain

Computers are complex systems that require regular maintenance to work well. You wouldn’t wait until your car broke down to change the oil, don’t treat your computer that way. We offer regularly scheduled maintenance visits at a discounted price to our customers. That insures a known budget and fewer emergencies. We can work after hours so you’re not interrupted.

Setup & Upgrade

Should you upgrade that computer or replace it with something new? We can help you decide and set it up right when you do. We don’t sell anything but our expertise, so you can trust our recommendations will be to your best interest, not to our biggest commission.
